The Willow eco2 is made from a combination of natural willow hand woven, using traditional methods, around a modern solid interior construction. Willow can be harvested annually, from the same plant, for over 40 years making it a highly renewable and sustainable material for coffins compared to solid wood from trees which can take 30 to 60 years to mature. The Willow eco2 features a decoratively plaited willow edge to the lid line with rope handles and discreet lid fixings for a streamlined look.
